About Our Response Process
Every email is read within 2-3 business days. We prioritize:
- Calculator errors or inaccuracies - reported issues are verified against College Board documentation and fixed within 72 hours where confirmed.
- Subject format change notifications - if College Board updates a scoring structure mid-year, please let us know.
- Content suggestions - blog post ideas and calculator improvement requests.
We aim to acknowledge every email, even if we cannot act on every request.
What This Site Is Not
We are not affiliated with College Board, AP Central, or the AP Program. "AP" is a registered trademark of College Board. Our calculators are independent estimation tools built using publicly available College Board documentation.
We do not provide:
- Official AP scores or score reports
- Tutoring or paid exam prep services
- AP exam registration assistance
- Information about individual student scores
